4. Závěr


Ze skupiny šesti vybraných markerů se tři projevily jako vhodní kandidáti pro charakterizaci levandule. Tato trojice zahrnuje d-limonen, eukalyptol a linalyl acetát. Jejich separace byla dostatečná při obou použitých extrakčních metodách a s jejich detekcí nebyly žádné problémy. U druhé trojice látek – α-pinenu, linaloolu a kafru, byla situace komplikovanější. U methanolického roztoku došlo k nedokonalému odseparování těchto látek a jejich detekce musela být provedena s využitím jejich charakteristických iontů z hmotnostního spektra. V případě prvních dvou látek se jednalo o iont 93 a u kafru iont 152. Tato trojice látek se zdá být méně vhodnou, jelikož by nemusely být látky detekovatelné např. plamenovými ionizačními detektory. Pro celou skupinu šesti látek je však nezbytný další výzkum, který by blíže specifikoval parametry pro tyto látky (kvantita, procentuální zastoupení, vzájemné poměry, apod.) i faktory ovlivňující jejich přítomnost v rostlině. Popřípadě by do dalšího výzkumu mohly být zahrnuty i další obsahové látky.

Teoretická část, věnující se levanduli z více oblastí lidského poznání, přináší mnoho faktů vycházejících z různých klinických testů či věděckých studií. S nalezením vhodných markerů pro charakterizaci levandule včetně jejich parametrů by bylo možné dosáhnout většího přínosu mnoha vědeckých prací, jelikož dostatečná charakterizace testovaných rostlin v celé řadě prací úplně chybí. Dále je možné využít předložených faktů k výzkumům zaměřeným více do oblasti biologických účinků levandule a jejího esenciálního oleje nebo jako teoretického podkladu pro tyto výzkumy.
