The problem here in NER is we are really short of man power and as U know a transfer from outside NER to NER is not something which is gladly accepted . Hence the solution lay in recruitment , from amongst the sons and daughters of the soil. I don't say other sation are staffed to its satisfaction but the problem here is that we have to create air to fill up the vaccum , as air from outside dosen't want to flow in to the vaccum here. The OA no is 2657/2005 and the judgement was delivered on 17.5.2007 giving the department three months time to notify the IB(P)S RR.

comrade It is not enough to make glamourous advertisement about our strike. It is essential that each and every member is made to understand the importance of the issues. Many of the direct pexes who are members with both psa and aupo are the ones who are to be watched during this strike. What step has psa central unit taken to bring in aupo to support this proposed strike of ours? Try to publish the letter of psa to aupo seeking its support and the formal reply given by aupo to psa in this regard. This is the only way to avoid the selfish plans of some of the direct pexes.I am making this post only because i am now hearing rumours that many direct pexes and aupo as a unit are not interested in making this strike successful since they feel that they are not going to be benefitted by this strike.
