Employee I don't know much about the if's & but's on the ground, as far as I know the list generated on 25/02/2005 it was very well clear the trexes who joined uptill 1995 was promoted, because last was of AIR Baderwah DEC 1995. Please do clear my information.

LAURA As usual the latest seniority list of the Trexes has greatly deprived the Trexes G&P. The Trxes of specialized cadre like EB, Script, F&H etc who were recruited without any written examinations were put ahead of G&P Trexes by virtue of rank No. Why our Dte failed to understand about the recruitment process of Trexes. All Trexes were not recruited through single examination. If this could have been the case how there could be 3 rank No 1 holders in AIR Shillong for the year 1992 ? Same is the case of Assam, Nagaland and Arunachal. Wake up Trexes G&P to avoid repentance in future.

employee WoWji - it is not me mistaken anywhere, I have seen the list I had mentioned below this scene was there and some it was quoted in court also. Please be aware of the things going around us. Do any one have idea by when new list is suppose to come, we almost had completed more than 10 years but still....?

sreekumar TREXes G&P are special category for production but unfortunately as laura said they donot find a place in programmers promotion. all programme production posts should be allotted for G&P.

Jay The present system of seniority is going to bring more court cases. Think in a state like Nagaland 14 Trexes were recruited in a year for 14 dialect programme.SSC allotted each one rank No.1. But in the same year if Trxes of G&P were selected 5, they will have rank No from 1 to 5. The mindless Dte simply club together looking at the rank No putting rank 1 first. In this process even though the Trxes G&P got recruited first he will be behind the dialect trexes recruited later. Moreover, there is also difference in required qualification. Unlike Trex G&P, required qualification for Trexes of dialect programme is just class X passed only. In fact in the year 1989, 1990 they were mostly recruited as assistant editor (news). With such bungling and great injustice to Trex G&P no unity or coordination can be cemented between us.

The most sensible thing to demand is the implementation of the ACP to the programme cadre. People with more than twenty years are stagnating with the false hope of getting promoted. If ACP is considered they will atleast be compensated by a higher pay scale.
