I have forwarded the seniority lists which ever has appeared in the official website of airnet published by dg air. Not only the combined list of PEXs and Producer, but I have also forwarded the separate lists of PEXs, Producers, TREXs, Production Assistants and Carpenters. While my beloved friend ganeshji is loaded with heavy work only with a good intention to ease him I have taken the extra pains of downloading all the seniority lists of the official website airnet and forwarded to the web. Further as there was a url for seniority lists in the web I had took the pains to collect and send the details. At any junction I had never placed any pressure on any one for any cause. I had worked for the preparation of general official formats use ful to all our beloved colleagues which were uploaded in the web under various useful forms. thats all. So like a squirrel worked with rama I am trying to share the burdens of shri ganeshji and send the details. Not just criticise or make comments. I beleive in UNITY, PEACE AND HARMONY. I never speak them but practice. We live in this world for a very short time, Cyclones, Earthquakes, Tsunamis life may end anywhere. D.K.Mazumder This is a message specially for Mr A.K.Danraj. I have always wanted to interact with you since November,2007. This website has now given me that scope. I am glad to see that you have such a keen interest in PSA activities . But I just want to get one thing clarified from you. In November , 2007, PSA was having its national convention at Delhi and just before that the North-East Zonal Secy of PSA, Mr. Achaoda Singh , who was working as a Production Asstt. in DDK, Gangtok had died under very tragic circumstances soon after covering the World military Games at Hyderabad. I had to put myself in his shoes and had gone to DDK , Guwahati and PPC , Guwahati to collect the Annual contribution for PSA from our members there. Just the day before I was supposed to leave for Delhi, they had called me to collect the total contribution. Even as I was on my way, I got a call from Ms. Savita Devi of PPC, Guwahati saying that one of her colleagues had contacted you and you had told her in categorical terms NOT TO PAY A SINGLE PAISE TO PSA. Would you please now tell me , how could you have said that , when you are so actively associated with PSA?

Point No 1 - Keen Interest in PSA - PSA was only nominating unit secretaries in Doordarshan Kendras from the beginning President's periods between 1975 and 2003. Not even the Stat and Zonal Secretaries of PSA came to Doordarshan Kendras except for the strike for pay hike in 1999. All other meetings were organised only in All India Radios. There were no democratic way of election in Doordarshan Kendras and PSA did not take any efforts to form the PSA units in Doordarshan. It was me to visit all the Doordarshan Kendras across the country on my own expenses and formed a number of PSA units in Doordarshan to be under a single common banner and Respected Office Bearers of PSA HQ SC Naik, V A Magzine and Sanjay Agarwal are well aware these efforts. You being in Guwahati had ever tried to form units in North East Doordarshan Kendras or have u visited Tura, Silchar, Shillong, Aizwal, Kohima, Dibrugarh, Itanagar, Imphal Doordarshan Kendras? only after my visit amidst Railway station bomb blast in Dibrugarh and Floods in Guwahati and Manipur and Landslide in Shillong and Ita Nagar the units of PSA was formed in North East DDKs.

akdanraj Point No2. Regarding the sad demise of Late Ashoda Singh who was then posted at Gangtok andwas on Tour to Hyderabad, I had personally met the Director of Sports Respected Shri. Issac and the DDG Respected Shri. Ashok Jailkhani saheb at New Delhi and requested compassionate ground appointment for his family members. Respected DDG was kind enough to raise this issue in the North East meeting and had initiated action withe the Director DDK Imphal to look into the matter. / Point No 3 - You seem to be so good and care taker of Doordarshan Kendras and Production Assistants. Kindly tell me, what action have you taken to protect the Production Assistants of Doordarshan when they were criticised in the PSA National Convention? You are so concerned about our late Shri. Asoda Singh Production Assistant. Kindly send us copies of the letters sent by PSA North east and PSA HQ to Directorate and Ministry so that we all colleagues from Doordarshan shall put our efforts to have an follow up action with the DG DD. What action hs the PSA North East has taken to protect the Production Assistants of Doordarshan? When some of your colleagues has expreseed their opinion to throw away Production Assistants of Doordarshan out of PSA, what reaction have you expressed in the thepsa website and what had you spoke in the National Convention when the decision was taken for omission of Production Assistants out of Promotional Avenue?

akdanraj Point No.4 - Regarding the contribution matter you know pretty well that you represent PSA AIR Guwahati and there is a PSA unit in PPC Guwahati represented by its Unit Secretary Ms. Savita Devi. As you take pains for AIR unit she is responsible for the DDK unit and your efforts to meet her and request contribution is well appreciated. But the communication what you said to throw MUDS ON ME IS NOT CORRECT. The unit secretary isa responsible person and she know how to send the contribution and in what way I can interfere in this? Can you prove that I had passed on this information to her? I had contacted Ms. Savita Devi and got the information that you had asked money for yourself to go to Delhi for the National Convention and not for the PSA annual contribution as you are trying to mislead things. Try to contribute something to the organisation, nation and mankind ? Critism is more easy than making any useful Function. Kindly do not pull me to do that like you. I am on the job to give something useful to our beloved colleagues.

I presume you are not aware of it but our colleagues at PPC and DDK , Guwahati do know about it. Those of them who gave me their contributions have been given their receipts for exactly the amount they paid, from the PSA HQ, duly signed by Mobin Khan, our Treasurer. Next I had been told to collect the annual contribution from DDK and PPC ,Guwahati by our PSA President, Ashok Panigrahi , as Asoda was no more and I was the man next to him at Guwahati to attend the National Convention . Regarding your efforts to get a job for a family member of Asoda, it is really well appreciated and I thank you for that. Would U please let me know the present status of your persuasion from Directorate Doordarshan as I had taken up the issue with DDG (NER) as well as his family. Asoda was a personal friend of mine for long. Regarding your allegation of leaving out Doordarshan, as far as PSA activities are concerned, I think U would do well to recognise that we in NER had given the highest PSA post to Asoda, who was a Production Assistant from Doordarshan and mind you he was elected unopposed as all the PSA members had a mutual understanding on his election. Would U still say PSA NER had not treated its members from Doordarshan democratically? As far as the venue of meetings are concerned, what difference does it make? Even now we have NFADE Meetings ,sometimes at AIR precincts and sometimes at Doordarshan. Our objectives are not at all affected by the venue, are they? Regarding the case of Productions Assistants in Doordarshan recruited after the controversial cut off year , PSA HQ has made its stand clear and as a staunch believer in democracy , you would well appreciate that I am restrained from making any comments on it, but you definately can put up the case in a democratic fashion and in fact if only you had asked Sanjay Aggrawal , you would have know my viewpoint in that case, instead of straight away accusing me in the negative. But I will excuse u for that because like you I also believe life is short and let us try to live our lives in harmony. Regarding whether I had made any effort to form PSA Units at DDK, you know very well where the bone of contention lies, but if only U had tried to find out from Sanyal Saab , he would have testified to our efforts. As far as my contribution to the organisation , nation and mankind is concerned , I believe the great LORD is my guiding spirit and I am just a puppet in his hands and whatever he wants to be done thru me , he gets it done.
