Name SANJAY KUMAR Dear Satyabrat singh ji we are in the process of getting clarification on the point raised by you, but due two important meetings on friday, ie the cadre review committee meeting and the NFADE meeting with the I & B secretary we could not do it earlier. Rest assured that we are doing our best . Regarding another clarification on deduction of taxes, yes tax is being deducted at all stations so as to make it easier for tax adjustments later. Friends i would like to once again request all of you to desist from criticising any other cadres as it will only aggravate frictions that already exist among programme cadres. As for the issue of support to the agitation please remember there are more than 350 directly recruited PEXs in PSA and many of them have in very clear terms through phone spelt out their support for the agitation. Regarding another doubt raised the cadre review is for all programme cadres including feeder cadres and non-feeder cadres to IB(P)S. Regarding the word censorship i had already communicated that very critical comments on other cadres or induviduals shall be deleted. ganesh The recommendation of cpc is upgrading the scale to higher scale if the scale of the person in the promotional channel is merged like technician to ea. So if we are going to ask for the parity with EAs all the trexs will benefit in the same way. But ACP as you pointed out is different as it relies on completed number of years and don't know whether any one can seek legal remedy. Maybe someone can enlighten us!

ganesh The cpc recommendation is for the merger of consecutive posts in promotional avenue ending in same gp. This is not the case with trex and pex. Trexs dont have anyone to be promoted from to have such anamoly. So only recourse is pay parity.

Anonymous The contempt case in Delhi by AUPO has suffered a set back. The judge has said that the 2004 judgment doesnot speak of reverting 'illegal' promotees and that they have earned their promotion. So it is back to square one for the UPSC pexs. The need of the hour is for the programme persons to take a united stand instead of 'crab like' stand.

As I have written previously in this box , DD has a host of people who wish to have everything cut , dried , cooked , garnished and presented in a plate . Don't panick about these easy seekers . wow first of all there is very little hope of getting ACP if by chance it is implemented than before 2006 who completes 12 yrs wil get ACP IN 5th cpc and employee completing 10 yrs after 2006 will get acp in 6th cpc and will get less benefit?

Wow If a PA OR trex complets 12 yrs in 2005 he will be upgraded to 7500-12000 and on 1/1/2006 this fellow will get a grade pay of 4800 and the employee who completes 10 yrs after 2006 will get grade pay of 4600 and this poor fellow will get gp of 4800 in 2016 but DEAR FRIENDS DONT WORRY THERE IS REMOTE POSSIBILITY OF Getting ACP IMPLEMENTED?
