Will they tell dte that even regular progs are executed literally than creatively! NO. I wont blame them but as a matter of fact this is all done because of weak bureaucracy, still we all are facing this repeated scenario. But still malfunctioning requires overhauling which needs large amount ,posts & planning. It is quite understood that TREX is not a part of TV as well PA entered Back Door was also not correct. This is a situation like- TREX entered a house for a period to stay but on admiring the luxury not vacating the house, whereas PA entered as casual labour and ransacked all the policies and took control of house by SPOONING. My point of view is that let this happen why direct will suffer , they have faced exam, interview traveling for posting. kamlesh mishra Hi buddies..! our three main issues are (0) Promotion [for which, i think, almost all of us (specially the 1992 batch of Tr.Exes. and the ones recruited after that) have lost our hope and have accepted that it is this much only wht we could gain in this life.] (1) Seniority (the issue which is unresolved since time immemorial.It is not the ignorance of rules, but the intentional apathy of administration who want this issue to be unresolved.For example, I'd sought copies of appointment recommendations ( from SSC or other agencies/officials)in respect of Tr.Exes. & ESA cadres recruited in Gujarat Zone under RTI Act and surprisingly found that the Capital Station does not have a complete detail as no Station Director or AO ever took care to verify or update. This means the Zonal Seniority List Prepared by the till date was never authentic ! Our PSA tourch bearers are also least inerested in this ungainfull issue. ( Sorry, too much of spoken words) and the last one is (3) ACP. We've got the higher scale wef 1978, means almost all of us have joined in this higher scale,even emploees joined in 1996 got this scale in 1999 without completing the tenure of 12 years, then how the upgradation can be interpreted as Upgradation under ACP. ....date pe date, date pe date.... for such a non-issue issue. Oye, mera sala bhi advocate hai, practice nahi chalti.... ACP case usko de do na....date pe date, date pe date....uska dhandha chalta rahega !!!
