  2. {0>Potato tubers infected with ordinary scab caused by Streptomyces scabies or powdery scab caused by spongospora subterranea shall be declined entry except within the provisions of the Dutch Standard No. (1).<}0{>Бульби картоплі, уражені звичайними паршами, спричиненою spongospora subterranean, не дозволяються для в’їзду, за винятком в межах положень Голландського Стандарту № (1).<0}

7. {0>Potato planting seeds infested with silver skin disease caused by


Helminthosporium solani shall not be accepted, unless within the
following limits:<}0{>Посівне насіння картоплі, уражене на захворювання срібною шкіркою, спричиненою Helminthosporium solani, не приймається, якщо тільки не знаходиться в таких лімітах:<0}

{0>This present decree shall neither contradict the general operative PQ rules and regulations nor the provisions of the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC) of 195land its annexes.<}0{>Цей декрет не суперечить ані загальним оперативним правилам КР та регламентам, ані положенням Міжнародної конвенції з захисту рослин (IPPC) від 1951 року та її додаткам. <0}

{0>Imported potato planting seeds must be accompanied by a phytosanitary certificate from the responsible authority in the country of origin, stating that they are good as seeds and indicating the variety, grade and size and that they are free from the virus diseases prohibited in this present decree.<}0{>Імпортоване посівне насіння картоплі супроводжується фіто санітарним сертифікатом, виданим відповідальним органом у країні походження, із твердженням, що воно хороше в якості насіння, та с позначенням різновиду, сорту та розміру, а також того, що воно вільне від вірусних захворювань, заборонених в цьому декреті. <0}

{0>Tuber size must range between 28mm and 60 mm. provided that the size shall not be less than 28-45 mm in 50% of each package.<}0{>Розмір бульби має бути в діапазоні від 28 мм до 60 мм за умови, що розмір не буде менше 28-45 мм у 50% кожного пакету.<0} {0>Tubers must be vigorous, with high germination rates.<}0{>Бульби мають бути сильними, з високим рівнем проростання.<0} {0>They must be packed at net weight of 50 kg in new, clean and tightly sewn sacks to endure handling or in wooden or carton packages of a net weight of 25 or 50 kg. Every package must be accompanied with two hard cards, one inside and one affixed outside the package including such information as importer's name, potato variety, grade and size, date of production and country where the planting seeds were produced.<}0{>Вони повинні бути упаковані з вагою-нетто в 50 кг в нові, чисті та міцно прошиті мішки для витримування транспортування або в дерев’яних або картонних коробках вагою нетто в 25 або 50 кг. {0>Potato planting seeds must be shipped onto means of transport designed to maintain their quality.<}0{>Посівне насіння картоплі відправляється транспортними засобами, призначеними для збереження його якості. <0} {0>Those transport means must fulfill the conditions that ensure the arrival of shipment according to the standards set in this present decree.<}0{>Ці транспортні засоби задовольняють умовам для забезпечення прибуття партії відповідно до стандартів, встановлених в цьому декреті. <0} {0>No other commodities shall be shipped onto the same means of freight, particularly chemicals, pesticides and fertilizers.<}0{>Жодні інші товари не відправляються в тому ж самому засобі фрахтування, особливо, хімічні засоби, пестициди та добрива. <0} {0>The contract must stipulate that the vessel sails directly from the port of embarkation to the port of arrival in Egypt.<}0{>Контракт має обумовлювати, що судно здійснює подорож безпосередньо від порту відвантаження до порту прибуття до Єгипту. <0}

{0>Importation of honey bees is prohibited in any form (queens or packed parcels) and so are unprocessed by products (e.g. honey, pollin, royal jel and propolis).<}0{>Імпорт медоносних бджіл заборонений у будь-якій формі (бджоло матка або група бджіл), і таким є імпорт необроблених продуктів (напр., мед, пилок, маточне молоко та прополіс).<0}

{0>In case such shipments are imported, the party concerned (the importer) shall be immediately instructed to re-export the shipment within 48 hours, or it shall be destroyed immediately after the elapse of this period.<}0{>У випадку імпорту таких партій зацікавлена сторона (імпортер) негайно одержує інструкції для реекспорту партії протягом 48 годин, або вона негайно знищується після завершення цього строку. <0}

{0>Shipments of silk worm eggs or cocoons must be accompanied with an official certificate from the government of the exporting country, stating that the eggs or cocoons are produced from moths free from genetically -transmitted diseases (according to pastor's test), and that the percentage of the defective (non fertilized) eggs and other foreign matters dose not exceed 5% of its weight.<}0{>Партії яєць або коконів шовкопряда супроводжуються офіційним сертифікатом, виданим урядом країни-експортера, з заявою, що яйця та кокони вироблені з метеликів, не уражених захворюваннями, що передаються генетично (відповідно до pastor's test), і що відсоток недосконалих (не запліднених) яєць та інших сторонніх речовин не перевищує 5% її ваги. <0} {0>The certificate shall also include name and address of the consignee and net weight of the silk worm eggs.<}0{>Сертифікат також включає ім'я та адресу вантажоодержувача та вагу-нетто яєць шовкопряда. <0}

{0>If the importer of silk worm eggs was a trader, he must keep a special register wherein names and addresses of the recipients thereof shall be entered, together with type of eggs and the quantity sold to each.<}0{>Якщо імпортер яєць шовкопряду є торговець, він веде спеціальний реєстр, в який заносить імена та адреси їхніх одержувачів разом із типом яєць та кількості, проданої кожному. <0} {0>This register shall be presented, upon request by the concerned authority.<}0{>Реєстр подається на запит відповідного органу влади.<0}

{0>Cocoon shipments must be accompanied with an official certificate from the government of the exporting company, stating that they are totally free from pests and that the pupae are fully asphyxiated and the cocoons are completely dehyderated.<}0{>Партії коконів супроводжуються офіційним сертифікатом, виданим урядом країни-експортера, з заявою, що вони абсолютно вільні від шкідників і що лялечки повністю удушені, а кокони повністю зневоднені. <0} {0>The certificate must include other information such as the type of cocoons, name and address of the consignor and the consignee and the net weight of shipment.<}0{>Сертифікат включає іншу інформацію, таку як тип коконів, ім'я та адресу вантажовідправника та вантажоодержувача, а також вагу-нетто партії. <0}

{0>Silk worm eggs and cocoon shipments shall be examined on arrival by a technical staff- member from the Sericulture Research Department, so as to ascertain compliance with these prerequisites.<}0{>Партії яєць та коконів шовкопряда оглядаються при прибутті технічним штатним персоналом Департаменту досліджень в галузі шовківництва для встановлення відповідності цим необхідним умовам. <0} {0>He/she may take samples of no more than two grams of each type of eggs to determine hatching vigor and percentage.<}0{>Він/вона можуть брати зразки не більше 2 грамі для кожного типу яєць для визначення об’єму та відсотку вилуплювань з яйця. <0} {0>He may also correct weight stated on each box if it were wrongly stated.<}0{>Він може також корегувати вагу, встановлену для кожного ящика, якщо вона були помилково визначена. <0} {0>He may decide to disinfect the cocoons in the way he deems appropriate, at the expense of the importer and under his responsibility, if they were infested with pests that can be treated with fumigation.<}0{>Він може приймати рішення щодо дезінфекції коконів у спосіб, який він вважає доцільним, за рахунок імпортера та під його відповідальність; якщо вони уражені шкідниками, вони можуть бути оброблені фумігацією.<0}
