If temperature is below 20°C, the dose must be increased to 144 gm/m3.<}0{>Вони повторно фумігуються під вакуумом в порту прибуття з використанням метил броміду при дозі у 128 gm/m3, 3 години під 66 cm постійного тиску при 20°C. Мають бути добре очищені та повністю вільні від бавовняного насіння або його частин,<0} {0>b.<}100{>b.<0} {0>The upright weight of each sample shall not exceed three kilograms.<}0{>Вертикальна вага кожного зразку не перевищує трьох кілограмів.<0} {0>If the weight exceeded the set limit, a 3-kilogram sample may be separated for delivery to the importer, if he so accepts, and the remaining part be destroyed.<}0{>Якщо вага перевищує встановлений ліміт, 3-кілограмовий зразок може бути відокремлений для надання імпортеру, якщо він погоджується на це, а решта знищується. <0} {0>c.<}100{>c.<0} {0>The sample must be compacted in an intact, untorn package.<}0{>Зразок компактно укладається в неушкоджену, без порізів упаковки. <0} {0>d.<}100{>d.<0} {0>The sample must be addressed to the consignee via the PQ at the customs area of the port of arrival in Egypt.<}0{>Зразок адресується вантажоодержувачу через КР в митній зоні порту прибуття в Єгипті. <0} {0>If it was addressed only to him in person, it shall be sent to the concerned PQ office.<}0{>Якщо він адресований тільки йому особисто, він відправляється у відповідний офіс КР.<0} {0>If the cotton contained therein was divided into parts, each part thereof shall be treated as an individual sample.<}0{>Якщо бавовна, що міститься в ньому, була розділена на частини, кожна частина розглядається як окремий зразок. <0} {0>When this is objected to by the consignee, the PQ representative shall carefully mix all the sample components and separate there from three kilograms for delivery to the concerned party.<}0{>Коли це заперечується вантажоодержувачем, представник КР ретельно змішує усі компоненти зразка та відділяє три кілограми для передачі зацікавленій стороні. <0} {0>e.<}100{>e.<0} {0>Samples shall be disinfected on arrival at the expense of their owners and before being delivered to them.<}0{>Зразки дезінфікуються по прибутті за рахунок їхніх власників та до передачі їм. <0} {0>The consignee shall be notified of sample arrival to collect it within seven days as of the date of notification.<}0{>Вантажоодержувач інформується про прибуття зразка для одержання його протягом семи днів від дати повідомлення. <0} {0>Left overs beyond this period shall be disposed of.<}0{>Не одержаних зразків протягом цього періоду позбавляються. <0} {0>Third:<}0{>Третє:<0} {0>(Commercial) Cotton Seeds Imported for Pressing (Oil Production):<}0{>(Комерційне) насіння бавовни, імпортоване для пресування (Виробництво олії):<0} {0>To import cotton's commercial seeds, the following conditions must be met:<}0{>Для імпорту комерційного насіння бавовни, мають задовольнятись такі умови: <0} {0>a.<}100{>a.<0} {0>An application must be submitted to the PQ at least three weeks before importation to issue the requisite permit.<}0{>Заява подається до КР, принаймні, за три неділі до імпорту, з метою одержання необхідного дозволу. <0} {0>The applicant must define, in his application, the quantity to be imported and the plant where the pressing operation is to be conducted.<}0{>У цій заяві, заявник визначає кількість, що має імпортуватись, та завод, де буде здійснюватись пресування. <0} {0>b.<}100{>b.<0} {0>The commercial cotton seed shipment must be imported by seas, via the Alexandria seaport only.<}0{>Комерційна партія бавовняного насіння імпортується морем, тільки через морський порт Александрії.<0} {0>It may, however, be imported through Port Said and Suez seaports if and when oil processing plants are existent therein;<}0{>Однак, воно може імпортуватись через морські порти Порт-Саїда або Суеца, якщо і коли оліє переробні заводи існують там. <0} {0>c.<}100{>c.<0} {0>The commercial cotton seed shipments shall only be unloaded in the presence of the competent PQ personnel.<}0{>Комерційні партії бавовняного насіння вивантажуються тільки у присутності компетентного персоналу КР.<0} {0>d.<}100{>d.<0} {0>The commercial cotton seeds must be packed inside intact, untorn sacks.<}0{>Комерційне насіння бавовни має бути упаковане в непошкоджені, без прорізів, мішки. <0} {0>In case some of those sacks were found torn, the importer shall be obliged to re-pack them into new sacks.<}0{>У випадку, коли такі мішки виявляються розірваними, імпортер зобов’язаний перепакувати їх в нові мішки.<0} {0>If torn sacks or seeds were left over on the port's ground, they shall be destroyed, unless the importer has opted to place them inside tightly closed package within 48 hours as of the date he has been instructed by the PQ office to do so, before transportation thereof to the processing plant.<}0{>Якщо розірвані мішки або насіння потрапили на ґрунт порту, вони знищуються, якщо тільки імпортер не обирає розмістити їх у міцно закриті пакети на 48 годин від дати, на яку він одержав інструкції Служби КР зробити таким чином, до їхнього транспортування. <0} {0>e.<}100{>e.<0} {0>The commercial cotton seed sacks must be transported immediately to the oil processing plants by means of transport especially designed to prevent seed leakage during transportation.<}0{>Мішки комерційного бавовняного насіння транспортуються негайно до олієпереробних заводів транспортними засобами, спеціально розробленими для просочування насіння під час транспортування.<0} {0>No imported seeds shall be pressed or processed outside the boundaries of Alexandria, Port Said and Suez cities, based on the port of arrival.<}0{>Жодне імпортоване насіння не пресується і не переробляється поза кордонами міст Александрії, Порт-Саїда та Суеца, на основі порту прибуття. <0} {0>f.<}100{>f.<0} {0>The imported commercial cotton seed shall not be transported inland, nor shall they be moved from one plant to another in the three above-cited cities, without a permit from the PQ.<}0{>Імпортоване комерційне бавовняне насіння не транспортується в середину країни, ані не переміщається з одного заводу на інший у трьох зазначених вище містах без дозволу КР.<0} {0>g.<}100{>g.<0} {0>The processing plant must single out a warehouse to store the commercial cotton seed shipment in. The warehouse must fulfill the necessary precautionary requirements, including windows covered with micro-meshed metal nets.<}0{>Переробний завод вибирає склад для зберігання в ньому партії комерційного бавовняного насіння. Склад задовольняє необхідні вимоги запобіжних заходів, включаючи вікна з металевою дрібною сіткою.<0} {0>h. Processing plants must process the imported cotton seeds first.<}0{>h. Переробні заводи переробляють першим імпортоване бавовняне насіння. <0} {0>If this provision is violated, factory owners shall be served a warning.<}0{>Якщо це положення порушено, власники фабрики одержують попередження. <0} {0>In case of recurrence, no import permit may be issued in their names in the future.<}0{>У разі повторення, жодний дозвіл на імпорт може більше не видаватись в майбутньому на це ім'я.<0} {0>i. The processing plants must furnish CAPQ offices at Alexandria, Port Said and Suez cities with a day-to-day statement of the volume processed of the imported commercial cotton seed and the remaining stock thereof.<}0{>Переробні заводи передають офісам ГАКР у містах Александрії, Порт-Саїда та Суеца щоденні звіти про перероблені обсяги імпортованого комерційного бавовняного насіння та їхню решту на складі. <0} {0>j. The oil processing plant must, upon emptying the imported seeds, return the sacks to the PQ office in Alexandria, Port Said or Suez, for disinfection at the expense of the importer.<}0{>j. По спорожненню імпортованого насіння, олієпереробний завод повертає офісу КР в містах Александрії, Порт-Саїді та Суеці мішки для дезінфекції за рахунок імпортера. <0} {0>Fourth:<}0{>Четверте:<0} {0>Cotton Seeds Imported for Research Purposes.<}0{>Бавовняне насіння, імпортоване для дослідницьких цілей. <0} {0>The following conditions must be observed:<}0{>Мають дотримуватись такі умови:<0} {0>a.<}100{>a.<0} {0>The samples shall not be handed over to the Cotton Research Institute (CRI), unless proven free from pests or pathogens;<}0{>Зразки не передаються Інституту досліджень бавовни (CRI), якщо тільки не доводиться, що вони вільні від шкідників або збудників;<0} {0>b.<}100{>b.<0} {0>The seed samples shall be fumigated with Methyl Bromide, free from chloropecrin.<}0{>Зразки насіння проходять фумігацію метил бромідом, вільним від хлоропекрина. <0} {0>c.<}100{>c.<0} {0>The imported cotton planting seeds shall only be grown in an isolated area under the direct supervision of the CRI, Plant Protection Research Institute, Plant Pathology Research Institute and PQ, until picking has been completed.<}0{>Посівне насіння імпортованої бавовни вирощується тільки в ізольованій зоні під прямим наглядом CRI, Інституту досліджень в галузі захисту рослин, Інституту досліджень патології рослин та КР, доки не буде здійснене збирання.<0} {0>Fifth:<}0{>П’яте:<0} {0>Cotton Seed Cake (meal)<}0{>Тістечко з бавовняним насінням (борошно)<0} {0>The cotton seed meal shall be imported, having been examined in the country of origin by specialists from CAPQ and the Central Laboratory for Food and Feed.<}0{>Борошно бавовняного насіння імпортується після проведення огляду в країні походження спеціалістами з ГАКР та Центральної лабораторії для харчів та їжі.<0} {0>In case a shipment has arrived at an Egyptian port, the following measures will be applied:<}0{>У випадку прибуття партії до Єгипетського порту, застосовуються такі заходи:<0} {0>a. Fumigation with methyl bromide at a dose of 32 gm/m3/24 hours;<}0{>a. Фумігація метил бромідом при дозі в 32 gm/m3/24 години;<0} {0>b.Treatment of packages with hot water at 100°C for 30 minutes or fumigation with Methyl Bromide;<}0{>b. Оброблення пакунків гарячою водою при температурі 100°C протягом 30 хвилин або фумігацією метил бромідом; <0} {0>c.<}100{>c.<0} {0>Transportation and processing under CAPQ's supervision; and<}0{>Транспортування та перероблення під наглядом ГАКР; та<0} {0>d.<}100{>d.<0} {0>First priority shall be given to the consumption of such shipments.<}0{>Перший пріоритет надається споживанню таких партій.<0} {0>Sixth:<}0{>Шосте:<0} {0>Cotton Seed lint imported for the Military Factories:<}0{>Лінт бавовняного насіння для військових фабрик:<0} {0>The following conditions have to be met:<}0{>Наступні умови мають задовольнятись:<0} {0>a.<}100{>a.<0} {0>Issuance of an import permit from CAPQ;<}0{>Надання дозволу на імпорт від ГАКР;<0} {0>b.<}100{>b.<0} {0>The shipment shall be imported via Port Said, during the period from Dec., 1st to the following June, 30th;<}0{>Партія імпортується через Порт-Саїд протягом періоду від 1 грудня до 30 числа наступного червня місяця;<0} {0>c.<}100{>c.<0} {0>The shipment must be accompanied with a certificate from the cotton Bureau at the exporting country confirming that the lint is extracted from cotton seeds that have been sterilized under no less than 65° C for no less than 5 minutes;<}0{>Партія супроводжується сертифікатом з Бюро по бавовні в країні-експортері з підтвердженням, що лінт здобутий з бавовняного насіння, стерилізованого при температурі не менше 65 °С протягом не менше 5 хвилин; <0} {0>d.<}100{>d.<0} {0>Seed lint must be free from seed parts and harmful pests.<}0{>Лінт насіння бає бути вільним від частин насіння та шкідливих паразитів.<0} {0>It must be packed and compact-pressed into intact burlap sacks;<}0{>Він пакується та компактно пресується в непошкоджені полотняні мішки;<0} {0>e.<}100{>e.<0} {0>Lint shall be examined at Port Said to ascertain the fulfillment of the above-cited conditions; and immediately transported to the military factories via Suez inside railway compartments sealed by CAPQ staff.<}0{>Лінт оглядається в Порт-Саїді для перевірки виконання зазначених вище умов; він негайно транспортується до військових фабрик через Суец, у вагонах залізничної дороги, запломбованих персоналом ГАКР.<0} {0>Those railway cargo compartments shall only be opened in the presence of a CAPQ representative.<}0{>Ці вантажні залізничні купе відкриваються тільки у присутності представника ГАКР. <0} {0>f.<}100{>f.<0} {0>Railway cargo carriages shall be disinfected, after unloading had been completed, according to the Ministry's approved techniques.<}0{>Вантажні вагони залізничної дороги дезінфікуються після завершення розвантаження, відповідно до ухвалених Міністерством технік. <0} {0>g.<}100{>g.<0} {0>The shipment must be stored inside a tightly closed warehouse and examined by the competent CAPQ personnel.<}0{>Партія зберігається на міцно закритому складі та оглядається компетентним персоналом ГАКР.<0} {0>h. The military factory must complete such processes that vacate lint from its plant nature (e.g. digestion) within no more than seven days as of arrival at the factory's site.<}0{>h. Військові фабрики здійснюють такі процеси, що вивільняють лінт від його рослинної природи (напр., травлення) протягом періоду не більше семи днів від дати прибуття на фабрику. <0} {0>All remnants must be burnt in the presence of CAPQ representative.<}0{>Усі залишки спалюються у присутності представника ГАКР.<0} {0>However, the director general of PQ may extend this period for another seven days.<}0{>Однак, Генеральний директор КР може пролонгувати цей період на інші сім днів. <0} {0>Seventh:<}0{>Сім:<0} {0>Medicated Cotton:<}0{>Медична бавовна:<0} {0>For the medicated cotton to enter into Egypt, it must be bleached Unit, with tensile strength and homogeneity in thickness and combing.<}0{>Для в’їзду до Єгипту, медична бавовна має бути вибіленою, пружною та однорідною за товщиною та розчісуванням.<0} {0>It must be free from defects and foreign matters.<}0{>Вона повинна не містити дефектів та сторонніх речовин.<0} {0>It must be able to «absorb water.<}0{>Вона має бути спроможна поглинати воду.<0} {0>If one gram thereof is placed on a water surface at 25°C, it becomes soaked with water in 10-15 seconds.<}0{>Якщо один її грам розмістити на поверхні води при 25°C, вона змочується водою через 10-15 секунд.<0} {0>Eighth:<}0{>Вісім:<0} {0>Cotton Furnishings:<}0{>Бавовняні товари:<0} {0>Cotton furnishings must be either accompanying a passenger or shipped in his/her name and are intended for personal use.<}0{>Бавовняні товари мають або супроводжувати пасажира, або відправлятись від його/її імені та призначатись для особистого використання. <0} {0>They shall be disinfected at their owners’ expenses at the port of arrival at no less than 100°C for two hours at least.<}0{>Вони дезінфікуються за рахунок їхніх власників у порту прибуття при температурі, не меншій за 100°C протягом, принаймні, двох годин.<0} {0>Such furnishings shall be exempted from disinfection, if they were accompanied with an official certificate from the exporting country's government, stating that they have been so disinfected.<}0{>Такі речі звільняються від дезінфекції, якщо вони супроводжуються офіційним сертифікатом від уряду країни-експортера з заявою, що вони були дезінфіковані. <0} {0>Chapter (10) Conditions to be fulfilled in Potato Tubers Imported as Planting Seeds for the Summer Growing Season<}0{> |
