Duties: The Vet for Schools Coordinator is responsible for preparing accurate, timely and high quality legal contracts between Schools and TAFESA, maintains VET student data, results and records on the Student Management System (SMS), in accordance with Institute and workgroup guidelines and prepares Region and Institute reports. The position provides an effective liaison point between School representatives and Institute and Departmental staff and supports the efficient operation of VET activities with schools.




Special Conditions: This is a part time position working 0.50 full time equivalent and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.

Duties: The Program Support Officer is responsible for the provision of a wide range of administrative duties, which support the delivery of high quality education programs to students, enterprises and other external clients. In performing these duties the Program Support Officer will, on a day to day basis, primarily support the work of Educational Managers and/or lecturing staff. In all cases the Program Support Officer is expected to work as part of a larger Administrative Services team to ensure that a high standard of customer service is provided to internal and external customers at all times.




Special Conditions: Out of Hours Work: Some out of hours work and intra/ interstate travel may be required. Location/ Travel: There is a requirement to travel between campuses and/or to be located at any other campuses as the need arises. Conditions: A flexible approach to working hours and the taking of leave is essential. Duties: The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible to the Accounts Payable Team Leader for undertaking a range of activities associated with accounts payable quality assurance and process improvement (including GST and FBT assessment); contributing to the accurate and timely payment of creditor accounts, answering routine enquiries from and assisting in problem resolution for clients on Accounts Payable issues.




Special Conditions: There is more than one position available. The incumbents will be required to work between 9 am and 5 pm or as a roster requires. Salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked, plus 20% Casual Loading. A flexible approach to work hours is essential as well as the availability to work at short notice at various locations. Initial location will be the Financial Services Division of Health, but the incumbent may be assigned to other areas or portfolio entities to perform work of a similar nature appropriate to the classification on either a temporary or continuing basis. Out of hours work may be required. The incumbent may be required to enter into an annual performance agreement for the achievement of specific outcomes.
