Duties: The Directorate Business Support Officer is accountable to the Business Support Coordinator for: providing a comprehensive range of quality administrative and information support services, including records management, coordination of ministerial and parliamentary responses and other critical correspondence, to the Director, Programming and Coordination; assisting senior Directorate staff in the provision of a range of responsive administrative services including support for internal and external committees; undertaking, as an individual or team member, minor research, project work and policy/procedure development; supporting the Directorate with its OHS&W record keeping requirements; which contributes to the efficient and effective management of the Directorate and the achievement of Corporate and Directorate objectives.
