Duties: The Public Notices Administrator is accountable to the Marketing Coordinator for undertaking a range of activities associated with providing effective and efficient distribution of information to customers and stakeholders that assists compliance with legislative and Customer Service requirement; contribute to the development and management of information and education material, publication and marketing strategies of Public Notices which contributes to the achievement of the Directorate and Corporate goals and objectives.




Amended Special Conditions: Required to enter into a performance agreement for the achievement of specified outcomes. Initial location will be in the Marketing Unit, but the incumbent may be assigned to other work areas to perform work of a similar nature appropriate to the classification. Some work outside normal hours, including weekends may be required. This position is temporary for 3 months with the possibility of extension.

Duties: The Water Licensing Officer is accountable to the Manager Licensing (SE) for the effective administration of the licensing provisions of the Water Resources Act 1997 and Regulations. This includes the determination and recommendation of the appropriate course of action regarding the eligibility of applications for water licences, transfers, authorisations and permits. As well, the Water Licensing Officer as part of the Water Licensing Unit team, provides information and advice to departmental customers, ensures the objectives of the Units workplan are achieved, assists in the maintenance of online data records and provides information and reports on licensing activity.




Special Conditions: This is a part time position working 22.5 hours per week and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
