General Sweepstakes Rules for the Jeff Foxworthy, Larry the Cable Guy and Bill Engvall Ticket Contest

These are the general rules covering the Jeff Foxworthy, Larry the Cable Guy and Bill Engvall Ticket Contest (“Sweepstakes”). If you have a question, please contact Amber Fochi at 720-865-4228 or amber.fochi@denvergov.org.

   No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this Sweepstakes.

3. 
   Eligibility: To enter the Sweepstakes you must be a legal U.S. resident. Entrants under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign for them if they receive a Prize. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Employees or anyone otherwise affiliated through any type of employment arrangement with the Sweepstakes sponsor, City and County of Denver (“Sponsor”), and their immediate families and members of their households, are all ineligible to participate in Sweepstakes.

   Transfer: No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent shall be substituted for the Jeff Foxworthy, Larry the Cable Guy and Bill Engvall Ticket Sweepstakes. All federal, state, or other tax liabilities (including income taxes), and any other subsequent expenses are the sole responsibility of each winner. The estimated retail value of the Prize is $75.00.

   Prize Drawings: Winners will be selected from entries received during the promotion period at Bass Pro Shop, 7970 Northfield Blvd, Denver, CO 80238 or via email to socialmedia@artscomplex.com. Prize must be claimed within two (2) business days of notification of winning.

   Odds of Winning: Odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries submitted at Bass Pro Shop, 7970 Northfield Blvd, Denver, CO 80238.

   Prize Conditions: Potential winner(s) will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release ("Affidavit/Release"). If the potential winner fails to complete the document at the time he/she picks up the Prize, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with the Official Rules, then the potential winner will be disqualified. Prizes are nontransferable. All federal, state, or other tax liabilities (including income taxes) arising from this Sweepstakes will be the sole responsibility of each winner. Except where prohibited by law, the winner's entry and acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use said winner's name, initials, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and city and state address on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation.

   Sweepstakes Conditions: This Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. Once Notification of winning has been sent, the Sweepstakes winner will have 2 business days in order to claim it, and Sweepstakes winner will be ineligible to win another Prize through the Sponsor for thirty (30) days.

    Indemnification: Winners and entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Sponsor, its officials and employees, from and against any claims, suits, actions, damages or liability of any kind or nature due to any injuries, damages, or losses to any person, including death, or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any Prize or participation in this Sweepstakes.

    Limitations of Liability: The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable, or incomplete entries. The Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a Prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost entries due to electronic malfunctions. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned as a result of any causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention or fraud which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes.

    Notification:
    

1. 
   Notification shall be sent within two days of winning via email. The Sponsor will use the email submitted by applicant on the entry form to notify the winner. The Sponsor is not liable for any electronic malfunctions.
   

2. 
   The Sponsor will not remind winners of the deadline for claiming their Prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to claim the Prize within the specified timeframe of two days from notification. If the Prize is not claimed within two days of notification, the Prize will automatically be forfeited and may be awarded to another contestant. The Sponsor is at liberty to give away any unclaimed Prize at the end of the two-day grace period.

   The winner shall personally accept the Prize, within two (2) business days from the date the notification is sent by the Sponsor. When accepting the Prize, the winner is required to provide the Sponsor with, Photo identification, in the form of either a valid driver's license or a passport. The winner, in person, shall accept the Prize at the time and place established by the Sponsor.

   Under "unique circumstances," a representative designated by the winner may be allowed to accept the Prize. Written authorization from the winner including representative's name, ID, and a photocopy of the winner's valid driver's license and a power of attorney authorizing the representative to accept the Prize on behalf of the winner is required. A "unique circumstance” shall be an unparalleled and incomparable event that is in no way attributable to the carelessness, oversight or negligence of the Prize winter.

    The Sponsor may substitute another Prize of equal value, in the event of non-availability of a Prize.
    

14. 
    The Sponsor is not responsible for any complications with the Prize. The Sponsor is not required to compensate the winner for any cancelled performances for any reason.
    

15. 
    The Sponsor is not responsible for any computer, browser, server, or other equipment malfunction that may or may not interfere with Sweepstakes entries or notifications. Winners will be selected only from entries received by the deadline.
    

16. 
    Employees or anyone else affiliated with the Sponsor and their families or households are ineligible to enter/win any Sweepstakes staged on the Sponsor owned and operated web sites.
    

17. 
    Additions or deletions to these rules may be made at the discretion of the Sponsor and may be enacted at any time.
