Details: Red Hill Primary School is seeking a highly motivated individual to work within a busy office environment that has competing demands. The ideal candidate will have effective management skills and be able to communicate well with peers, senior staff members and stakeholders ensuring a high quality customer service is delivered. The Business Manager position is responsible for providing high level support to the principal and School Board. Duties include developing policies and procedures relating to the management of the school and be responsible for the preparation of budgets, expenditure reviews, statements and monitoring of estimates and financial returns.  The Business Manager position is also required to plan, direct and supervise the overall operation of the administration support team including overseeing the staffing and payments for casual employees as well as the management of buildings, facilities and grounds to a high level.
