31 Business Productivity Online Deskless Worker Suite (User SL)Despite anything to the contrary in customers’ license agreements, qualified users do not include users licensed for Exchange Online Deskless Worker, SharePoint Online Deskless Worker, or the Business Productivity Online Deskless Worker Suite. Business Productivity Online Deskless Worker Suite (BPOS Deskless Worker) subscription licenses sold under Enterprise Agreement (EA) and Campus and School Agreement (CASA) will be available only for a term coterminous with an Enrollment. One year subscriptions are not available in EA. BPOS Deskless Worker is currently available in the following languages: English, French, German, Spanish and Japanese. A license provides rights to the following: Exchange Online Deskless Worker, SharePoint Online Deskless Worker. Countries/Regions where BPOS is available Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, India, Ireland, Italy, Israel, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States Campus and School Agreement Subscription licenses for BPOS and its components sold under CASA may be acquired on an Institution wide or non-Institution wide basis. Subscription licenses must be licensed on a per User basis. If additional User Subscription Licenses are required to access BPOS or its components mid-term, an equal number of User Subscription Licenses must be ordered. 32 Business Productivity Online Standard (BPOS) Suite (User SL)Business Productivity Online Suite (BPOS) subscription licenses sold under Enterprise Agreement (EA) and Campus and School Agreement (CASA) will be available only for a term coterminous with an Enrollment. Subscription licenses must be licensed on a per User basis. Institutions with a Campus Agreement: Users that have qualifying CAL coverage may purchase the corresponding User Subscription License for Software Assurance, as detailed in the Product Use Rights. Institutions with a School Agreement: Customers may purchase the corresponding User Subscription License for Software Assurance for their Users up to the same quantity as their Eligible PC count so long as coverage for the qualifying CAL is maintained. Office Communications Online requires the separate purchase and installation of Microsoft Office Communicator 2007 R2. As a limited time offer, Office Communications Online customers receive one licensed copy of Office Communicator 2007 R2 at no cost with each trial or paid subscription license to Office Communications Online. The software may only be used with Office Communications Online, and all rights to use the software will terminate upon expiration of the underlying subscription license or release of the next major new version of Office Communications Online, whichever comes first. 33 Core CAL SuiteCore CAL Suite is versionless and product use rights are determined by the status of Core CAL Suite Software Assurance coverage. If coverage lapsed, access rights under perpetual licenses are determined based on the product use rights in effect prior to the lapse in coverage. As of March 1, 2009, a license for the Core CAL Suite with active Software Assurance coverage provides rights equivalent to the following: Windows Server 2008 CAL, Exchange Server 2007 Standard CAL (formerly known as Exchange Server CAL), Office SharePoint Server 2007 Standard CAL (formerly known as SharePoint Portal Server CAL), System Center Configuration Manager 2007 R2 Client Management License. Student Only CALs (Academic Open License and Academic Select) Student Only CALs are restricted to license student owned PCs or institution owned PCs dedicated to an individual student and are NOT for use in labs or classrooms. 34 Core Infrastructure Server Suite StandardCustomers who have licenses with active Software Assurance for the products in Column A may upon expiration of Software Assurance coverage for these products acquire Software Assurance for Core Infrastructure Server Suite Standard without acquiring the underlying Core Infrastructure Server Suite Standard license:
Customers are eligible to acquire Software Assurance for Core Infrastructure Server Suite Standard for one license for each set of the qualifying licenses in column A that they have. Once customers migrate to Core Infrastructure Server Suite Standard they can no longer use the software under their qualifying licenses. Licenses and Software Assurance acquired under a subscription agreement do not qualify for this offer. Customers must accept and sign the terms of the Enrollment for Core Infrastructure as a pre-requisite to licensing these products.
