³⁵ Core Infrastructure Server Suite Enterprise

System Center Management Suite Enterprise

Customers are eligible to acquire Software Assurance for Core Infrastructure Server Suite Enterprise for two licenses for each set of the qualifying licenses in Column A that they have. Once customers migrate to Core Infrastructure Server Suite Enterprise they can no longer use the software under their qualifying licenses. Licenses and Software Assurance acquired under a subscription agreement do not qualify for this offer.

Customers must accept and sign the terms of the Enrollment for Core Infrastructure as a pre-requisite to licensing these products.

³⁶ Core Infrastructure Server Suite Datacenter

Customers who have licenses with active Software Assurance for the products in Column A may upon expiration of Software Assurance coverage for the products in Column A acquire Software Assurance for Core Infrastructure Server Suite Datacenter without acquiring the underlying Core Infrastructure Server Suite Datacenter license:

Customers are eligible to acquire Software Assurance for Core Infrastructure Server Suite Datacenter for one license for each set of the qualifying licenses in Column A that they have. Once customers migrate to Core Infrastructure Server Suite Datacenter they can no longer use the software under their qualifying licenses. Licenses and Software Assurance acquired under a subscription agreement do not qualify for this offer.

Customers must accept and sign the terms of the Enrollment for Core Infrastructure as a pre-requisite to licensing these products.

³⁷ Dynamics CRM 4.0 Workgroup, Professional and Enterprise

Customers with CRM 3.0 Small Business and Professional Edition Licenses enrolled in upgrade protection coverage (Upgrade Advantage/Software Assurance/Enterprise Agreement (UA/SA/EA)) as of January 1, 2008 are eligible to upgrade those licenses to Dynamics CRM 4.0 as follows : 

• 
  One Dynamics CRM 4.0 Professional Server License
  

For each qualifying CRM 3.0 Small Business Edition License, the customer may chose between:

• 
  One Dynamics CRM 4.0 Professional Server License; or,
  
• 
  One Dynamics CRM 4.0 Workgroup Server License
  

For each qualifying CRM 3.0 Client Access License (CAL), the customer will be deemed to have:

• 
  One Dynamics CRM 4.0 Limited CAL; and,
  
• 
  One Dynamics CRM 4.0 Full Use Additive CAL
  

For each qualifying CRM 3.0 External Connector License, the customer will be deemed to have:

• 
  One Dynamics CRM 4.0 Limited External Connector; and,
  
• 
  One Dynamics CRM 4.0 Full Use Additive External Connector
  

Customers’ right to use Dynamics CRM 4.0 software is evidenced by this product condition note and evidence of their corresponding licenses and Software Assurance for CRM 3.0.  A customer’s right to use Dynamics CRM 4.0 software under this grant is subject to the terms and conditions of its volume licensing agreement.  That right expires upon the expiration or termination of the right to use CRM 3.0 under the corresponding qualifying CRM 3.0 licenses.  Upon expiration of SA coverage on the CRM 3.0 licenses, the customer may renew SA for the granted Dynamics CRM 4.0 licenses. 

Customers licensing Dynamics CRM 4.0 Workgroup, Professional or Enterprise may use CRM 3.0 Small Business or Professional editions in place of licensed copies of Dynamics CRM 4.0 on a limited basis as follows:

A customer’s right to use CRM 3.0 expires upon the expiration or termination of their right to use CRM 4.0 under their qualifying Dynamics CRM 4.0 licenses.  Use of CRM 3.0 is subject to the terms and conditions of a customer’s license agreement and the product use rights for Dynamics CRM 4.0.
