PROGRAMME (Both days)

Prize Presentation on Sunday (5.30pm)

1. 
   The Competition is open to all Malaysians and non-Malaysians above the age of 7 years as at 1.9.2012.
   

2. 
   All entries (email entries/photocopies acceptable) must be submitted via email to sklyap@yahoo.com.sg by or before 12noon, 28.8.2012.
   

3. 
   The Competition will be limited to the first 100 entrants (total for 3 Categories) to register. Additional entrants will be put on a Reserve List.
   

This Competition will comprise of 3 simultaneous tournaments: (a) Masters’ Category: open to all players, (b) Non-Masters’ Category: open ONLY to those who are NOT listed as “Masters” Players according to the Organisers. No repeat games.

4. 
   The Organisers reserve the right to accept or reject any entry without having to state any reasons.
   
5. 
   All participants are to bear their own costs of transport, food, drink and accommodation, etc.
   

6. 
   Scrabble ORIGINAL sets and clocks will be provided.
   

7. 
   The Organisers disclaim all liability for including, but not limited to, inter alia, theft, damage to property or personal injuries arising during the course of the Competition which shall be borne solely by the participant.
   

8. 
   The Organisers reserve the right to make any additional regulations, addenda or changes and such changes shall be binding on all participants with immediate effect. All participants must abide by all the rules and regulations of the Competition. ALL DECISIONS OF THE ORGANISERS SHALL BE FINAL. NO PROTEST OR CLAIM WILL BE ENTERTAINED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
