WAIVER OF LIABILITY:

Navesink River Hunting Retriever Club, Inc. (NRHRC), the North American Hunting Retriever Association (NAHRA) and the State of New Jersey, as owner of the field test grounds and adjoining property, are not responsible for any damages and/or injuries sustained to humans, animals, and/or property while on the field test grounds or traveling to or from the field test grounds. All participates, spectators and guests recognize that this is an outdoor gunning event, attend at their own risk, and agree to hold harmless, NAHRA, their Officers, NRHRC, the Field Test Committee, and the property owners/operators, from any and all claims of personal property, loss damages, and/or injury. Filing of subject official NAHRA entry form constitutes acceptance of the above terms.


REFUNDS: Full refunds will be issued for scratches made prior to the Closing Date and Time. After the Closing Date and Time, refunds will only be issued for injuries, or bitches in season, minus a $15.00 administrative fee per entry. A veterinary certificate will be required to obtain any refund after the Closing Date and Time. Bitches in season are not permitted on the test grounds.
DIRECTIONS and HOTELS
FIELD TEST HEADQUARTERS:

From the South, take the NJ Turnpike to Exit 7A for 195 East. Take the next exit to Rt 526; continue making a right toward Main St/Rd 524/Rt 539; left on Rt 539; continue on Rt 539 to the intersection of Collier’s Mills Road. Make a left on Colliers Mills Rd to entrance into the Wildlife Management Area.

From the North, take NJ Turnpike Exit 7A for 195 East. From 195, take Exit 11 off ramp bear right. At “T”, turn right onto Rt 526. Take the first left (at Allentown Caging) onto Sharon Station Road (runs into Rt 539). Continue through two lights to the first left after the New Egypt Speedway (Colliers Mills Rd). The entrance to Colliers Mills WMA is at the end of the road.
HOTELS: We suggest making reservations early, as we are near two military bases and Great Adventure. All hotels are about 20 minutes or more from the grounds. Since policies for the above list of lodgings seem to change frequently when it comes to accepting or not accepting dog(s), please confirm when you call.
