RESOLUTION Annual Renewal of ABC Licenses BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Livingston, County of Essex, in accordance with the provisions of Legislature entitled “An Act concerning Alcoholic Beverages,” passed December 6, 1933, and several amendments and supplements thereto and subject to the rules and regulations of the New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, that 1.
