   Design and Printing of Panels
   

1. 
   Production of alucobond detachable sheets (4 mm thickness) 185 X 125 cm
   
2. 
   Re-production and printing of 20 winning entries on alucobond sheets - (185 X 125) with lamination, with space at the bottom to include details about the artist and the artwork (original high resolution images will be supplied for scanning and text will be provided)
   
3. 
   Complete cover design– Title of exhibition + short intro (text will be provided) and printing on alucobond sheet - (185 X 125) with lamination
   
4. 
   Complete closing panel design (text will be provided) and printing on alucobond sheet - (185 X 125) with lamination
   

2. 
   Metal Frames
   
   1. 
      Provision of four metallic frames, painted white 1.5 X 2.5 metres (4 cm) (Additional to the existing frames outside Ledra Palace Hotel)
      
   2. 
      Installation of all panels onto frames outside Ledra Palace Hotel (Nicosia) (the frames will be double-sided to accommodate two panels on each) plus removal of existing 14 panels
      
3. 
   Transportation of exhibition:

      De-construction, transport, and installation of exhibit (11 frames) from

         Paphos - Limassol -

         Limassol - Larnaca

4. 
   Design and Printing of Exhibition Catalogue
   
   1. 
      Design of A4 size, full-colour, 20 page (including back and front covers) exhibition catalogue to include a photo of the artist, a bio, a picture of the artwork, a description of the artwork + additional text about the project (High resolution images and English text will be provided)
      
   2. 
      Translation of all text from English into Greek and Turkish
      
   3. 
      Printing of 10,000 copies (5000 Greek, 4,000 Turkish and 1000 English)
      
   4. 
      Partial dissemination of catalogues (50%) across the island (eg to community groups, local shops and galleries etc..)

Completeness of quotation.

  All quotations must be submitted on company/organisation headed notepaper clearly showing the company’s VAT number.
