  Study of drg. Received from Design for Production if any change required correct process previous before loading on M/c by CMR.

  Ensure of cycle time , cutting tools for new plan component on M/C & fixture.,

  Prepared all document for related all production.
  

• 
  Making Next Day Planning, Daily Production Report.
  
• 
  Up-Dated ECN Registor & Record.

  Making team feasibility for customer.
  
• 
  A-S Documentation related to Production.

  To solve production related problem.

  Cost reduction initiatives.
  

• 
  Development and circulation of MIS for Cost Analysis to the management.

  Production Analysis for Capturing Wastages/ Processing Loss at each level at the shop floor and incorporating that in MIS.

  Purchase planning as per monthly indent for concern dept.

  Investigation of department complains and fault removing in future .

  Hands on exposure of Skillful Costing in Manufacturing Company.

  Responsible for all the activities on vendor end and follow-up maintaining the inward purchase material as per the monthly plan to achieve targets/ delivery on time.

  Estimate of cycle time. No. of machine . cutting tools , gauges cost& fixture cost,

  Making BOM independently & circulating to concern department .

  Making for display board skill matrix /safety /incident / kaizen Activities/organization chart.

  Making cutting Tool Drg. & setup Drg for running component ,
  
• 
  Follow up with vendor regarding tool fixture, jig/ mandrill, machine, etc.
  
• 
  Fill up all installation & commissioning report for machine & other item at the right time.
  
• 
  Making team feasibility for customer.

  Making RFQ Data & BOM (Process sheet).

  Vendor development / inventory control.
  
• 
  T-S Documentation (CP, PFMEA,APQP Doc.) related to NPD.
