NEW PLANNING WEB APPLICATION
A new web application has been launched which maps Planning Data over the 4 Local Authorities in Dublin.
It has been created by a startup company based in Dublin and we support such innovative applications which facilitate greater communication between Local Authorities and members of the public. The mapping service is free to use, http://www.mypp.ie
Applications for Planning Permission must also apply for a Certificate of Exemption (or have been granted one previously) if they propose to build one or more dwelling units (regardless of the total site area).
RE:-APPLICATION FOR CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION UNDER SECTION 97 OF THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 2000, AS AMENDED:- THE STATUTORY DECLARATION TEMPLATE PROVIDED WITH THE APPLICATION IS INTENDED FOR USE AS A GUIDELINE ONLY.
