The existing and proposed hours of trade are between the hours of 10am in the morning and 10pm in the evening. Permission is sought for relocation of the vehicular entrance, a new shared driveway and the subdivision of the site. Hollywood House is a protected structure, but the proposed works are outside the agreed curtilage.
Planning permission is sought for erection of new two-storey bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, utility room and garage extension to side and rear of house with internal alterations to house and for all ancillary site and drainage works.
Permission is sought for development, which will consist of the proposed replacement of 2 No. existing UCI signs with 2 No. Odeon fascia mounted signs, installation of Odeon fin sign with 2 No. 600mm diameter Costa Coffee projection signs.
Retention permission is sought of development at this site (a protected structure) which consists of the continued use of a single storey temporary timber classroom (32 sq.m) and associated ground works as previously granted by previous Reg.
