The development to be retained consists of; a material change of use of an existing takeaway food shop measuring 55.9m2 for the sale of hot food for consumption off the premises and a home delivery service to a sit down restaurant for the sale of hot food for consumption on the premises with takeaway and home delivery services. The existing and proposed hours of trade are between the hours of 10am in the morning and 10pm in the evening. New development for which planning permission is sought will consist of: internal alterations of the kitchen, a new permanent guest toilet, extension of the seating area on the front sidewalk and new balustrade.
