Instructions for the Investigation
You will need 3 seed trays, compost, 20 cress seeds, water
Then you help make up these seed trays


Seed tray 1 has 20 cress seeds, compost, water and light































































Seed tray 2 has 20 cress seeds, compost and water but no light































































Seed tray 3 has 20 cress seeds, compost and light but no water






























































Now, leave the trays for 3 days, to see what will happen.
After 3 days make a cross in the boxes above for each seed which sprouted.
Conclusion

Were we right when we said that plants need soil, water and light to grow?
