| ANA Web Site Member Profile Application
To submit a Member Profile for the ANA web site, please complete the following questions and e-mail your application to ANAfaces@ana.org along with a high resolution digital photo of yourself (300+ dpi preferred). If possible, photos should be a head shot with a straightforward image and a basic background (white or black preferred). When submitting your profile, please remember to keep your answers to 25-30 words minimum and remember that the reader will not see the question when the profile is posted on the home page of the Members Only section. I understand and agree, that by submitting my answers above and by providing ANA with a photo, that I am authorizing ANA to use this information on the ANA website, NursingWorld.org, and within ANA marketing materials in any and all media, without obtaining additional approval or permission from me.
