(a) Please confirm that the cost estimates contained in Standard.xls for the Nonautomation Basic nonletter rate category are averages of cost estimates for flats that could be considered Nonautomation MADC flats and others that could be considered Nonautomation ADC flats. If you do not confirm, please explain fully. (b) Please refer to worksheet ‘BY00 Volume’ that presents Standard Mail flats FY2000 volumes.
