no exclusive nature for the purposes of digitalizing and spreading it online within the frame of the project BIBLIOTECA VIRTUAL MIGUEL DE CERVANTES. For the purposes of this assignment, transformation means the entering of the work/s in the database prepared for the collection of digitalized works in connection with the project BIBLIOTECA VIRTUAL MIGUEL DE CERVANTES. He/she accepts liability for the accuracy of the above details, for the originality of the work/s and for the exclusivity of the rights assigned under the above mentioned categories, as well as for any other right arising from them and they release FUNDACIÓN BIBLIOTECA VIRTUAL MIGUEL DE CERVANTES from the responsibility that may arise as a consequence of claims by third parties in connection with said rights. ** The assignor/s authorize/s the FUNDACIÓN BIBLIOTECA VIRTUAL MIGUEL DE CERVANTES to reproduce, distribute and communicate to the public parts of the above mentioned work/s in other media that, even though not online, are aimed at the cultural information and promotion, with no aim of profiting, carried out by the Foundation through the Library or at the encouragement of the awareness of the existence of said Library among the community. This assignment is granted for no consideration and its duration will be: the period established by law until the work/s fall/s into the public domain. ______ year/s from the date on which this contract was signed. In the absence of an express revocation notified at least one month before the date of termination, the period of this assignment will be considered extended for consecutive periods of one year. Given the cross-border nature of the medium used by the BIBLIOTECA VIRTUAL MIGUEL DE CERVANTES to spread its digitalized list of titles, the assignment will be effective worldwide. This document will be governed in accordance with the Spanish law in connection with all those situations and consequences not expressly contained in this agreement and, in particular, in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish law on copyright (RDL 1/1996, of 12 April) and the rest of applicable law.
