Transfer and Acceptance Act for the Land Plot under an Agreement for Lease of the Land Plot for Its Comprehensive Development for the Purposes of Housing Construction dd. _______ No. _______ Moscow «___» __________ 20__ The Russian Housing Development Foundation, hereinafter referred to as «the Lessor», represented by ___________, acting on the basis of _____________, on the one hand, and ____________, hereinafter referred to as the «the Lessee», represented by ______________ acting on the basis of ___________, on the other hand (hereinafter the Parties) pursuant to an agreement for lease of the land plot for its comprehensive development dd. «___» _______20__ № ____ (hereinafter – the Agreement) have executed this act (hereinafter the Act) on the following: 1. In compliance with clauses 6.1.1 and 6.2.1 of the Agreement, the Lessor has transferred and the Lessee has accepted the land plot of total area 325,443 sq.m., located at: Russia, Republic of Mariy El, Medvedevsky district, Zagury village, the plot is located in the western part of the cadastre quarter (cadastral number: 12:04:0210108:35) (hereinafter referred to as the Plot). 2. By accepting under the Act, the Lessor confirms that the Land Plot shall be transferred in the condition not preventing from usage of the Land Plot for its comprehensive development for the purpose of housing construction according to the Agreement. 3. The Act is executed in four originals of equal legal force, two for the Lessor, one for Lessee and one for the competent authorities carrying out the state registration of real estate rights and transactions related thereto.
