MYSTERY WOMAN: IN THE SHADOWS On-Screen/Paid Ad Statement Kellie Martin (“Samantha Kinsey”) (unexecuted)1. On-Screen: Single card, main titles (or in the end titles if all other actors are in the end titles) in the first cast position, all other aspects at Company’s discretion. If any performer receives credit above or before the title of the Picture, Artist shall also receive such credit above or before the title of the Picture. No performer receiving credit on the Picture shall receive credit of a larger size than the credit accorded to Artist on screen.2. Paid Ads: In the billing block portion of “paid advertisements” which are paid for and placed by Company. If any performer receives credit above or before the title of the Picture, Artist shall also receive such credit above or before the title of the Picture. No performer receiving credit on the Picture shall receive credit of a larger size than the credit accorded to Artist in paid advertisements.3. Stills/Likeness/Bio Approvals: Martin has the right to approve 50% of individual photos and 75% of group photos; 48-hour turnaround on all approvals, including group photos. She has the right to approve any non-photographic likenesses for at least two (2) passes. All approvals to be received within 48 hours of submission. 4. Martin has the right to approve biographical data, provided she timely furnishes Company with a factually accurate approved biography. Clarence Williams III (“Philby”)1. On-Screen: Single card, main titles (or in the end titles if all other actors are in the end titles) in the second cast position, all other aspects at Company’s discretion.2. Paid Ads: In the billing block portion of “paid advertisements” which are paid for and placed by Company whenever and wherever any other actor receives “billing block” credit. 3. Stills/Likeness/Bio Approvals: Williams has the right to approve 50% of individual photos and 75% of group photos; 48-hour turnaround on all approvals, including group photos. On-Screen: Single card, main titles (or in the end titles if all other actors are in the end titles) in no less than the fourth cast position, all other aspects at Company’s discretion. 2. Sander must approve 50% of individual photos and 75% of group photos; 48-hour turnaround on all approvals, including group photos. He has the right to approve any non-photographic likenesses for at least two (2) passes. All approvals to be received within 48 hours of submission. 3.
