Orientation session for incoming students

One week before each semester + 2 weeks of optional Polish Language Course (also before the semester starts).

Accommodation
|
The university offers rooms in dormitories on Campus. Priority is given to students who submit their application on time.
|
Language requirements
|
An exchange student at the University of Lodz is expected to have at least B1 level in order to follow courses and participate actively in class discussions. He/She should be able to write academic papers and take written and/or oral exams. We don't require students to provide us with language certificates.
Languages of instruction: English (majority of courses), Polish, Spanish, Russian, French or German (courses available on individual basis).

The University of Lodz requires a copy of the valid medical insurance for the period of student exchange stay in Lodz. We accept a copy of the European Health Insurance Card or other medical insurance written/translated in English or Polish.
