Laissez-faire:

In my opinion Mark Zuckerberg is an example of a laissez-faire leader. Mark Zuckerberg is the co-founder and CEO of the social network known as Face book. In the beginning Face book was only restricted to Harvard students, then it expanded to universities and colleges in Canada and United States. Today Face book is used world wide with over 500 million active users. As CEO of facebook Mark Zuckerberg is a leader that leads numerous workers. Because of this reason he is required to poses the laissez-faire leadership style. He is creative, motivational and needs to make important decisions when needed. Yet he needs to share the leadership qualities with all of his workers. He needs to trust and rely on each and every one of the workers to work hard and do well in order for him to succeed. Therefore he needs to provide as much creativity and freedom to his workers as possible and give little instruction.

Democratic- consultative:

In my opinion an example of a consultative leader would be leaders of school clubs. Leaders of school clubs are known as consultative leaders. The leaders of school clubs make decisions based on the opinions of the group members. For example: the leader may choose a car wash for a fundraiser activities based on the majority of votes from the group members.

Democratic-persuasive:

In my opinion a persuasive leader is Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva. Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva is the president of Brazil that finally was elected after three fail attempts. Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva is named by Time’s magazine in 2010 as one of the 100 most influential people in the world. He is an incredible leader that so far has changed Brazil as a whole with many successful projects and policies. He is a leader that makes decisions and persuades the people of the government and citizens that it will benefit this country by providing reasons to back up his decisions. Many in the long term would also recognize the success of his decisions by how well a project benefits the society.

Autocratic

An example of an autocratic leader is Adolf Hitler. He is a leader in which he makes decisions without the persuasions or reference of others. He is a leader that can make important decisions quickly and is highly motivational. Some seem him as a great leader yet others see him as an evil leader. In my opinion I strongly believe that what he has done is not right yet he is very successful autocratic leader in a sense that he made numerous correct decisions before being caught and motivated many to help him succeed.
