Further to our letter and that from our client’s solicitors, Arthur Cox, both dated 10th March, 2011, we enclose 25 copies a single revised CD incorporating all of the previously submitted documents but where all signatures from the documents have been redacted. We trust that this will enable you to upload the documents on to the Department’s public access website.
To avoid confusion the updated CD has a predominately red coloured title.
