Business Matching Guidelines
MIF's Business Matching sessions provide an opportunity for interested parties to search for organisations with common business interests. By identifying the products or services being offered, those being sought after, as well as the types of business co-operation available, it is an ideal opportunity to expand your business opportunities and networks.

  1. Venues and Operating Hours

The Business Matching sessions will take place on the 4th floor of the Macau Tower Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Registration for the event will be taken from 24th - 26th October: 10:00 – 19:00 and 27th October: 10:00 – 16:00

Meetings will be arranged from 24th - 26th October: 10:00 – 18:00 and 27th October: 10:00 – 16:00

  1. Contact Information

It is recommended that you provide your local contact information, including your hotel and room number, before or as soon as you arrive at the Fair, to enable us to locate you if someone wishes to arrange a meeting with you. Our telephone hotline is: (853)6524154,(853)7989112.

  1. Participation in the Business Matching

Anyone interested in looking for available business opportunities may access the Business Matching Database on the Internet at or contact the Business Matching Counter at the MIF venue. Here computer terminals are available for you to search the Business Matching Database. It contains information on every organisation that is registered at the event.
If you wish to post your information, you may complete the registration form and fax it to 590309 or submit it personally at the Business Matching Counter at the MIF.

    1. Searching the Database

To search for possible matches, individuals may use the available public PCs or they can ask the staff for assistance.

    1. Arrangements

When a match has been found, you should speak to the staff at the Business Matching counter or complete the appointment form and send by fax to 590309 to request for a meeting to be set-up or for the relevant organisation's information.

  1. Interpreters

If needed, interpreters can be arranged. Requests for interpreters should be made at least 12 hours in advance. Interpreter services will be charged for, please fill in the form A1 provided in the exhibitors’ manual.

  1. Signing of Protocols

If you wish to arrange for an adequate location for the signing of business protocols, please contact the Business Matching Counter.

  1. Assistance

For any assistance, please contact the IPIM booth or the Business Matching Counter. Alternatively, you may also contact IPIM's offices on 710300 or fax: 590309.
