Through these years, I had tried to establish an International Federation of LiuHeBaFa-Quan. Eventually, this has been successfully registered as a legalized organization of Hong Kong on 11th of May, 2010. (Official name: Headquarters of the International Federation of WuYihui Liu He Ba Fa Quan, hereinafter called “HOFWYH”)

In September of 2010, we held a ground-breaking ceremony in Huainan, China, for official announcement of the successful establishment of HOF YH towards all masters, trainers, trainees, and practitioners of the LiuHeBaFa-Quan practice. In this regard, I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks to those who had attended and supported the event of that day.

The main reasons for the establishment of HOFWYH are:

1. 
   Enhancing all the Phil-martial art practitioners both at China homeland and abroad by knowing each other, aiming to improve the skills and techniques by gathering, joint activities and practices.
   
2. 
   Promoting the cultural and martial art of LiuHeBaFa-Quen ;
   
3. 
   Supporting and strengthening the opportunities in exchange of experience and methods given by Master Wu-Yi-Hui。
   

Besides, I feel that, as a son of Wu-Yi-Hui, I should be responsible for helping the establishment of international alliance and assisting them with all my best that I can do.

After the official announcement of establishment in 2010, we are now gathering for the First Bi-annual General Meeting and Conference of All Members, hereinafter called “the event” which is held once every two years. This year, the organisers decided to hold the event in Hong Kong.

Hong Kong is an international city with very convenience and advanced transportation system. Besides, Hong Kong is a well developed cultural and financial centre. For this coming event, I would like to thank to the members from the alliance of Hong Kong who endeavoured to plan for the event that, I believe, will meet everyone’s expectations.

Aiming to have a successful event, I sincerely invite you to be our “organizing agent” helping organizing the people of your place that wish to join the event, we need you to help the following courses of action:

1. Please contact and invite the people who wish to join the event. (Itinerary of the event is also attached for your easy reference);

2. Collect the registration forms and fees from your people, and then forward the same to us to the following address before end of July 2012:

本人多年倡议成立的『 吳翼翬六合八法拳国际联盟总部』已于2010年5月11日在中国香港按照社团条例成功注册登记为合法社团，並于2010年的9月在中国淮南以「淮南市华岳心意六合八法拳术研究总会」名义召開了

「吳翼翬六合八法拳国际联盟总部」成立典礼，正式向全世界各方好友及再传弟子宣佈「 吳翼翬国际联总」成立了。盛况空前的成功，这有賴大家的全力支持和愛護, 本人在此致以万分的感謝！
本人倡议成立「吳翼翬国际联总」的目的是希望团结世界各地区華嶽心意六合八法拳再传弟子，同道，和习练爱好者自愿加盟，自愿组成，没有隶属关系的非营业性的武术联合体，推广弘扬我国著名的道学家、易学家、养生学家陈搏老祖所创、吳翼翬宗师所传的“華嶽心意六合八法拳”。 此外，本人更責無旁貸地協助世界各地区成立「国际联盟分部」及 協助各地区推广会务。
自上次2010年的成立典礼後，轉眼間又快到兩年一会的「第一屆全体會員週年大會」了，这一屆大会選擇在香港舉行。
香港是一個國際城市，交通非常方便，另一方面香港亦是一個高文化及经濟水平的地方。今次能够得以舉行，实在多谢香港地区的同道, 積極尋求最佳方案迎合各方要求，使最多會友參加是次活動，為此共襄盛舉的指導原則下共同作出了貢獻。
為了使这次大会再接再勵得以成功舉行，本人誠意邀請閣下協助及统筹貴地区的参加者出席本次大会，恭请閣下協办的事情如下：
