Description of content: Amendment to Resolution No. 1.011 of 2004 "Phytosanitary requirements for the importation into Chile of forage and grass seeds", as follows:

In the table under Article 1, the entry for the species Buchloe dactyloides, "Seeds have been treated against Tilletia buchleana with any of the following fungicides on an alternating basis: Benomyl, Thiram, Carbendazim, Thiabendazole or another suitable product", has been replaced by the following:
"No additional declarations required".

The following paragraphs have been deleted from the table under Article 1:

The second paragraph of the entry for the species Lupinus albus, L. angustifolius, L. parviflorus and Lupinus luteus: "Seeds have been treated against Diaporthe woodii with any of the following fungicides on an alternating basis: Benomyl, Carboxin, Thiabendazole, Benomyl + Thiram, Carbendazim or another suitable product";

The second paragraph of the entry for the species Medicago sativa, M. polymorpha and M. truncatula var. truncatula: "The consignment is free from Apion tenue (Col. Apionidae)";
