To begin using this form, go to Save as, give it a name, and save in your directory.

When done, follow directions at the end of the form.
You will type one sentence in each box.

How to remove your sentences from the form:

You might want to use the check box to make sure you have completed each step.

When finished typing, DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU HAVE GIVEN THE DOCUMENT A NEW NAME AND SAVED IT IN YOUR OWN DIRECTORY.

When finished typing, DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU HAVE GIVEN THE DOCUMENT A NEW NAME AND SAVED IT IN YOUR OWN DIRECTORY.

Then go to View – Toolbars – Forms. DO NOT DO THIS UNLESS YOU HAVE SAVED THE FILE WITH A NEW NAME.

Click on the picture of the lock (right-hand end) to unlock the file.

Delete all the colored form directions, leaving only what you typed in and the transitions.

Copy all your typing. Open a new blank Word document: File – New blank document (or a open a new Appleworks document)

Paste into your new document as follows: Go to Edit -- Paste special -- Unformatted text (Appleworks: Go to Edit – Paste)

GIVE THIS NEW FILE A NAME, save it in your documents, and do your editing. Save frequently as you edit.

Delete from your desktop the original outline form that you downloaded: click on it and drag it to the trash on your dock.
