To request a transcript, please fill in the following details. This information will be vetted and edited by the Institute administration. This form is for both graduates of the joint IATT//MXAT program as well as graduates of the IATT prior to the MXAT affiliation.
Graduates of the IATT prior to the MXAT affiliation receive a Certificate of Advanced Theatre Training from Harvard University. Graduates of the joint IATT/MXAT program receive the Harvard Certificate as well as an M.F.A. from the MXAT.

In this section you will need to fill in your courses and professors for each semester. Do not list one-time master classes, or workshops (classes of 3 sessions or less) in this category. You will have the option of listing workshops and master classes in section 11. Projects:
Projects are full productions. All Institute, Main Stage, and understudy assignments are considered projects. (Written papers are also considered projects). Workshops that did not have full-production performances for the public are not considered “Projects.” You will have an option to list workshops in section 11.

Workshops and Master Classes:
Workshops are any performance projects that were not full-production performances for the public. Master classes are seminars or sessions that met three times or less.

Mailing out Copies of the transcript
You can receive only one official copy of the MXAT transcript. Multiple copies of the Institute transcript will be available starting July 2008.
