| On motion of ___________________, seconded by _________________, the following resolution was offered:
RESOLUTION NO. A resolution denying the 2011 Alcoholic Beverage Permit Application (Server Permit) of Shawn A. Lagman, 284 W. Louisiana Dr., Kenner, LA, 70065, Application No. 43034. WHEREAS, Shawn A. Lagman, 284 W. Louisiana Dr., Kenner, LA, 70065, Application No. 43034, has applied for an alcoholic beverage permit (Server Permit) with the Parish of Jefferson. THE JEFFERSON PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES: SECTION I. That the 2011 alcoholic beverage permit application of Shawn A. Lagman, 284 W. Louisiana Dr., Kenner, LA, 70065, Application No. 43034, is hereby denied with regard to Chapter 4, Article II, Sec. 4-17(3) of the Jefferson Parish Code of Ordinances, because he has been convicted of a felony under the laws of this State. SECTION II. That the Clerk of the Council notify the aforementioned applicant of the denial and forward him a copy of this resolution. The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows: YEAS: NAYS: ABSENT: This resolution was declared to be adopted on this the 12th day of October, 2011. |
