11.1 - O pagamento será efetuado, com recursos da UFSJ, até 15 (quinze) dias úteis após o recebimento e inspeção do objeto licitado pela Divisão de Biblioteca em conjunto com o Setor de Almoxarifado da UFSJ, condicionado à apresentação da Nota Fiscal, através de depósito em conta bancária indicada pelo fornecedor, observado o disposto no art. 5º e no inciso II do § 4º do art. 40 da Lei nº 8.666/93, se couber.
11.2 - Dos pagamentos efetuados serão descontados, compulsoriamente, as multas previstas e sanções pecuniárias aplicadas, quando for o caso.
11.3 - De acordo com a Lei nº 9.430, de 27 de dezembro de 1996 e legislação complementar serão retidas a alíquota dos impostos e contribuições devidas, conforme o caso, (CSLL, COFINS, PIS/PASEP, IR) a título de antecipação, exceto para os optantes pelo SIMPLES que deverão apresentar Declaração, conforme Anexo IV que deverá ser enviado juntamente com a Nota Fiscal por ocasião da entrega das mercadorias/equipamentos.
DA VIGÊNCIA
12.1 - O prazo de vigência do contrato será de 12 (doze) meses.
12.2- O prazo para assinatura do Contrato poderá ser prorrogado uma única vez, por período que não exceda o exercício subseqüente, quando solicitado pela licitante vencedora durante o seu transcurso, desde que ocorra motivo justificado e aceito pela Administração da UFSJ.
DAS CONSIDERAÇÕES GERAIS
13.1 - A fiscalização do contrato e a certificação das notas fiscais serão realizadas pela Divisão de Biblioteca da Universidade Federal de São João del-Rei, sob supervisão da Divisão de Materiais e Patrimônio da Universidade Federal de São João del-Rei.
ACOMPANHAMENTO E FISCALIZAÇÃO
14.1 - A execução dos serviços será acompanhada e fiscalizada por servidores designados pela Divisão de Biblioteca, que deverá além de acompanhar e fiscalizar, atestar as Notas Fiscais/Faturas dos serviços, desde que tenham sido executados a contento e observado a aplicação do desconto correspondente, encaminhando a documentação para PAGAMENTO.
