How to Set Up An Account

There are three ways to set up an account for a new customer:

  1. Paperwork and Calling in the Information

  2. Online

  3. Third Party Verification – for Directors and above

These instructions will walk you through all three options.

Items in RED are critical! The enrollment cannot be completed without them.

If you have ANY questions – Call for help!

  • Your support team. Their numbers are at the top of your business report.

  • Melaleuca. 800-262-0600

Always use the easiest enrollment method.

  • If you are sitting with your new customer – use paperwork.

  • Long Distance – if you are a Director use Third Party Verification, if not, or it’s after hours, use online enrollment

PAPERWORK: Must be faxed to Melaleuca so enrollment counts. 888-528-2090

CUSTOMER MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT – RED items are critical

  1. Customer Information

    1. Check Preferred Customer

    2. Select 35 or 75 Points

      1. Most customers start at 35 then move to 75

    3. Fill out ALL Customer Information – Spouse info optional

    4. Membership Portfolio #

      1. If you have a Membership Kit for the customer this is the EN number from the back of the kit. If you don’t have a kit – order one for them when you place the product order.

    5. IGNORE – $25 membership…..

  2. New Customer Account Information. It’s best to get 2 forms of payment.

    1. Credit Card Number and Expiration Date

    2. Electronic Checking

      1. Routing Number and account number

      2. ONLY IF USING ELECTRONIC CHECKING – you must fax a voided check with the paperwork

    3. SIGNATURE

  3. Back-up Order

    1. Select Back-up Order

      1. Back-up order #2 is a good choice

    2. CUSTOMER’S INITIALS

  4. Lead/Enroller

    1. Name of the person who invited the new customer to hear about Melaleuca

  5. Presentation By

    1. Whoever did the presentation

      1. Either the enroller or a leader who did the presentation.

    2. Second area for name

      1. Determines where new customer should be placed in your organization. i.e. Under your mom.

      2. Can be left blank

  6. SIGNATURE

INDEPENDENT MARKETING EXECUTIVE AGREEMENT

  • Necessary for customer to get a profit sharing check.

  • They are NOT committing to work the business.

  • If the customer objects they do not need this form to be a customer.



  1. Independent Marketing Executive Information

    1. Fill out ALL Customer Information – Spouse optional

    2. Select Language

    3. SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER

      1. If customer wants to receive a check this is necessary for tax purposes.

    4. Assisted By – leader who helped with presentation

  2. Tools for Success and Income

    1. Participation Level

    2. Membership Kit Number

    3. Ignore the rest of this section

      1. Only used when setting up account by mail

    4. myMelaleuca.com - optional

      1. Free for 3 months, then $8.95 / month

      2. Excellent business and product training

  3. Career Pack, Value Pack and Pacesetter Pack

    1. DO NOT FILL THIS OUT

      1. Only used when setting up account by mail

      2. If you fill it out AND call it in, the customer will get two of everything.

  4. SIGNATURE

Fill out the paperwork and determine customer’s product order. Value or Career Pack.

Call 800-262-0600 and give the information to Melaleuca.

Enrollment DOES NOT COUNT without paperwork!

Melaleuca will fax you a confirmation immediately after you send in paperwork. Keep that form with completed paperwork.

TWO OPTIONS

  1. Start a Live enrollment. Get your new customer online and fill out the forms together.

  2. Fill out the forms and submit. The customer will receive an email from Melaleuca with a link that lets them go in later and finish the enrollment.

Live Enrollment – Preferred Method


THIRD PARTY VERIFICATION (Must be Director or above)

The Easiest Option:

  • Make sure the customer understands the 35 or 75 Product Point Commitment and has a Back-up Order Selected.

  • Explain the call will be recorded and be sure the customer is comfortable with that.

  • Three way your new customer to Third Party Verification 800-742-9560

  • The Enrollment Specialist will take the customer’s information and ask for their verbal agreement.

  • You will also need to provide information.

  • Once the call is complete the customer is Preferred.

  • Once the enrollment process is complete, the customer can place their order with the Enrollment Specialist.

  • Have the new customer ask for their in-house account number, so they can access in website.

THE NEW CUSTOMER MUST SEND IN A SIGNED FORM BEFORE THEY ACHIEVE DIRECTOR 3 STATUS.

While it is not necessary, it is still a good idea to fill out the paperwork while the customer is giving the information to the Enrollment Specialist. Have the customer sign it and fax it to Melaleuca.
