*       These photographs are for editorial use only and are not approved photographs for souvenirs and memorabilia.

*      The photos must not be used on the cover of any book or guides without prior consent from both Art Partner and the Clarence House Press Office.

*       Art Partner (for and on behalf of Mario Testino) and Clarence House reserve the right to decline a request for the use of the photographs.

*       The photographs should be accompanied by a caption explaining that the photographs were taken as the official portrait photographs for the engagement of Prince William and Miss Catherine Middleton.
