Other Significant Activities:

MIRDOSE and OLINDA/EXM Software
I developed and wrote the MIRDOSE software package, which has been distributed to over 2000 sites worldwide. It automates the calculation of internal dose estimates, primarily in nuclear medicine. The OLINDA/EXM code was written with collaborators at CDE, Inc. in Knoxville, TN and is designed to replace the MIRDOSE code. It was granted permission for marketing as a 510(k) device by the FDA in 2004.

Radsafe Professional Mailing List

When the Radsafe mailing list, which has about 2000 members worldwide and posts 10-50 e-mail messages per day on the topic of radiation protection, was moved from the University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign campus, I had it moved to the Vanderbilt campus and took over as list owner/manager. In 2005, it was moved to another site.
