Having said this, one need only study from the above list, the Mazur: The Elegant Polish Running-Sliding Dance, Polish Mazur-Mazurka, Polish Supplements, Polish Sources, the Figures Workbook and the Miscellaneous Notes along with the Russian Supplements to have a full and complete appreciation of the Dance, as well as the possibility of achieving mastery of the Dance. We strongly suggest that the reader start with Mazur: The Elegant Polish Running-Sliding Dance—in fact, one should continually refer back to it. As of this writing, The Mazur-Mazurka Dance Figures Audio Instructions, do not exist in book form. They are a series of audio-tapes which describe in the English language each figure-sequence, that is, the complete choreographies for almost 300 hundred Contemporary Social Ballroom and Stage choreographies.
