1. The Republic of Kazakhstan has received for financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Multitranche Financing Facility for the Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation Corridor 2, Investment Program, Project 2. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.

• 
  Lot 1: Reconstruction of the existing 42.7 km two-lane road between Shetpe and Beki settlements (km 632.3 – 675 (42.7 km) in Mangistau oblast with asphalt pavement;
  
• 
  Lot 2: Reconstruction of the existing 43.2 km two-lane road between Beki and Jetibai settlements (km 675 - 719 (44 km) in Mangistau oblast with asphalt pavement;
  
• 
  Lot 3: Reconstruction of the existing 35 km two-lane road between Jetibai and Ashyagar settlements (km 719 - 754 (35 km) in Mangistau oblast into a four-lane road with asphalt pavement;
  
• 
  Lot 4: Reconstruction of the existing 48,3 km two-lane road between Ashyagar and Aktau settlements (km 754 – 802,3 (48,3 km) in Mangistau oblast into a four-lane road with asphalt pavement, and reconstruction of two-lane road in Aktau city with asphalt pavement.

   _{Eligible bidders, either as a single entity or in joint venture, must meet the following criteria on a pass/fail basis:}

   _{Pending Litigation: All pending litigation shall be treated as resolved against the Bidder and so shall in total not represent more than fifty percent (50%) of the Bidder’s net worth.}
