By law, persons with limited English-speaking skills should have equal access to federally-funded programs and activities.
You have the right to file a formal complaint regarding the bilingual services you received from a representative of the City of Santa Ana.
If you are not satisfied with the bilingual services you have received, you may ask any City employee to give you the form titled: City of Santa Ana Bilingual Services Complaint Form. Fill out and submit the form, and all pertinent additional information to: Mary Kelley, Personnel Services Department M-24, P.O. Box 1988, Santa Ana, CA 92702-1988. To receive a response to your complaint, be sure to provide your name, address, telephone numbers (home and cell), e-mail address and other contact information so we may contact you. The City will respond to complaints within thirty (30) days from the date complaint is received.
If you prefer, you may make an anonymous complaint.
