How it may affect you
|
Amendment C142 proposes to introduce Local Planning Policy 22.11 - Moreland Apartment Design Code (MADC) into the Moreland Planning Scheme. The local policy contains the MADC’s assessment provisions for residential and mixed use development of five or more storeys.
The amendment also provides MADC with Reference Document status in the Moreland Planning Scheme.

All land within the City of Moreland for residential and mixed use development of five or more storeys.

What kinds of applications are likely to be affected by this amendment?
|
All applications to construct or extend a mixed use development of five or more storeys in the ACZ, C1Z, CDZ1, PUZ or MUZ; and to construct or extend a residential development of five or more storeys in the NRZ, GRZ, RGZ and MUZ.
