GUIDANCE ON COMPLETING THE APPLICATION FORM
We will short-list candidates for interview solely on the basis of the information given on the application form. Please do not send CVs or similar as they cannot be considered.
To ensure confidentiality, your personal details and the Equal Opportunities Monitoring Form will be separated from your application. Only the application form will be distributed to the short-listing panel.

The closing date for applications is Friday 17th July 2015. Applications received after this date will not be considered.

Look carefully at the Person Specification and Job Description. These will tell you what the job involves and the range of skills that are required.
SHORT-LISTING AND INTERVIEWS

To select the short-list of candidates to interview, we will look for evidence on the application forms that each of the essential points on the Person Specification has been met. Short-listed applicants will be invited to interview. The planned interview date is Monday 30th June 2014.
Please note that due to the expected high number of applicants, we are unable contact individuals who have not been short-listed. If you have not heard from us within ten days of the closing date you can assume that your application has not been successful. We regret that, due to the high number of applicants, we cannot provide feedback to any unsuccessful written applications.
FUNDING

Laridae CIC delivers the Healthwatch Liverpool contract in partnership with LCVS. We are here to make health and social care better for people in Liverpool. We believe that the best way to do this is by designing local services around their needs and experiences.
Everything we say and do is informed by our connections to local people, and our expertise is grounded in their experience. We are uniquely placed as a network, with a local Healthwatch in every local authority area in England.
As a statutory watchdog our role is to ensure that local health and social care services and local decision makers put the experiences of people at the heart of their care and the planning of local health and care services.
We also have a key role in helping people to find and access services, and to know their options when services don’t deliver.

Healthwatch Liverpool is funded at present until March 2018.
