“Lassi” is the name of a popular drink in India, served in roadside tea-stalls. It is made by mixing buffalo-milk yogurt (contaminated) with water (contaminated) and ice (contaminated) and sugar. Mango pulp or other blendered fruits can be added. These taste good . Here is my version, which does not.
Put in blender juice of large, tart, organic grapefruit. Add about ¾ cup organic low-fat yogurt. Blend.
It will be pale-pink and foamy. Drink and be bemused by not-very-good-ness of taste. The bitterness of the grapefruit and tartness of yogurt hit each other wrong.
