Teach Physical Chemistry of Foods, Food Engineering, Food

Processing, Distillation, Supercritical Extraction at graduate level.

Current research areas include preparation of nanoparticles from

biopolymers, mechanism of acrylamide formation in foods, and properties of waxy rice dough. In the past, research areas included modification of starch, extrusion technology, protein-starch interactions, and product development.
