No Camper shall be permitted to leave the campgrounds without the permission of the committee.

All campers must stay out of the woods and stay on the playground.

Each camper will be under the supervision of his or her teacher.

There will be no smoking while at the campground.

All girls must wear dresses or skirts to a length no higher than the knees.

Slacks will not be permitted for girls.

Boys must wear sleeved shirts and long pants.
-
Shorts will not be permitted for any camper.
MINISTERS AND DEACONS INSTITUTE
CONSTITUTION
PREAMBLE
The name of this association shall be the Ministers and Deacons Institute of Central Indiana Association of Separate Baptists in Christ.
Article I
This body shall be composed of all pastors, licentiate/ordained ministers and ordained deacons of the Central Indiana Association of Separate Baptist Churches.
Article II
Section 1. The officers of this body shall be a Chairman, Assistant Chairman, Secretary/Treasurer and Assistant Secretary/Treasurer, who shall be elected and shall hold this office one year.
Section 2. No member shall be allowed to serve in the same office more than two consecutive years.
Section 3. All committees shall be appointed by the chairman.
Section 4. The Secretary/Treasurer shall make a complete written record of each meeting and keep on file, carry on all correspondence, and keep a record of receipts and expenditures.
Article III
This body shall meet on the third Friday night before the Fifth Sunday Meeting @ 7:00 p.m.
Article IV
Section 1. This institute shall have a program committee of two members of the Institute.
Section 2. The committee will have the responsibility of providing a program that will be acceptable to the chairman and pastor of the host church.
Article V
No one shall be eligible to make motions or speak in the business meeting except pastors, licentiate/ordained ministers or ordained deacons of the Central Indiana Separate Baptist Churches.
YOUNG PEOPLE’S SEPARATE BAPTIST UNION BY-LAWS
JULY 14, 1991
1. The purpose of YPSBU is to gather the Central Indiana Association Young People together for worship and fellowship and to encourage young people to attend church and to be Christians.
2. The YPSBU will have quarterly meetings to be held in accordance with YPSBU President.
3. Officers for the YPSBU will be elected annually at the second quarterly meeting.
4. No officer is to hold the same office for more than three (3) consecutive years.
5. Officers for YPSBU will be as follows:
President - conducts quarterly meetings and appoints committee.
Vice-President - assist President; hold the position of President in the absence of the President.
Secretary and Treasurer - record minutes of meetings; control bank account; handle any correspondence.
Assistant Secretary and Treasurer - assist Secretary and Treasurer; hold office in their absence.
Song Leader - lead congregational singing at YPSBU quarterly meetings.
Assistant Song Leader - assist Song Leader; hold office of Song Leader in their absence.
6. Each quarterly YPSBU meeting will have a program for Young People especially designed by a program committee.
7. There will be a program committee of three members (or one church) appointed by the President at each quarterly meeting. They will be responsible for the following quarterly program.
8. Young People from the ages 10-45 will be eligible to vote in business if they attend one of the Central Indiana Association Churches.
9. The by-laws can be amended by two-thirds majority vote at the YPSBU quarterly meeting.
NOTE: Piano player and assistant piano player removed as officers at the May 18, 2002 meeting.

CHRISTIAN FLAG
I pledge allegiance to the Christian flag, and to the Savior for whose kingdom it stands, one Savior crucified, risen, and coming again, with life and liberty for all who believe.
BIBLE
I pledge allegiance to the Bible, God’s Holy Word, “a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path,” its words will I hide in my heart that I may not sin against God.
