In the monograph “Contemporary/Modern Management” is concentrated organically merged and self stipulated issues-manager and management; also such important aspect as it is evaluation of human resources activities. Their definition, estimation criteria and commandment are taken not from old, maybe exactable in old time, but from contemporary/modern, new, civilized, typical for XXI century market economy, in many cases container of globalization elements, actual nowadays, probed in real practice, experienced and analyzed templates.


What is management? Easily is said that management is what managers do, but this simple statement says nothing more. More complete definition is that management is coordinate on work activity. We also know that others’ coordinated work is what is typical for managerial position. Despite it does not imply that managers can do what when and where they want to. In spite of it management implies effective perfection of the activity, activity of organized work or at last what managers aspired to.
Who are managers? It was easy before to define who the managers were. They were organization members who said to others what and how to do. Now the manager not only manages activities but also he himself is inserted in working activities. In other words manager is who works with other people and coordinates their work in order to achieve the organization goal. Manager’s work is not private-this is help towards the human resources in order to perform their work and achieve their goal.
In modern management the most significant importance has estimation of human resource activity. Estimation of human resources means while performing his duty to estimate quality of his (human) appropriateness, to define the quality of achieved success and the quality of expression of properties necessary for work.
Estimation of human resources is possible only when demand for him would be clear. Therefore, creation of such demands is done by qualified experts; but as the estimators know their abilities better it is reasonable if they themselves take part in this process.
Auditing is the complex form of estimation of human recourses
Human resource auditing is the whole system of analyzed estimation of those working in the organization, checking and independent expertise. Its goal is estimation of activity, efficiency and productivity of the working staff.
